Dive and hold slide, you want to be as centered as possible
Look up at a 45 degree angle
Place a frozen rocket in the ceiling right after you hit it
Wall Bounce into the rocket

Slam then dash to the checkpoint

Dash Jump, slam and throw 3 coins, Slab Coin them to kill the left hideous mass
The angle you throw the coins at is important, you want the coins to be at about the same height as the hideous mass's weakpoint or it might miss the weakpoint and not kill
You can fire the piercer slightly before the hideous mass spawns due to hitscans taking time to pass between coins
Whiplash to the right hideous mass
Fire 3 magnets and jumpstart into its weakpoint
Knuckleblast and fire saws to proc jumpstart
Place and then ignite oil to kill soldiers
Place a saw trap with remaining blue saws and overheat saw
Nuke far enough out to kill the 2 closer strays
Dash right to avoid the nuke, then CE Boost to hit the swordsmachine
Whiplash to the cerberus and S.R.S. Combo it
Split Coin the remaining strays
Rocket ride to reach the exit
CE Boost Exit
